Simple Replacement and Setup
To use the cuff:
Remove the original connector from your existing cuff and install the appropriate connector on the replacement cuff.
Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm.
Position the tube on the inside of the arm, aligned toward the middle finger.
Keep the bottom edge of the cuff approximately 2–3 cm above the elbow.
Rest your forearm flat on a table with your palm facing upward.
Sit upright and keep the center of the cuff at approximately heart level.
Start the monitor, remain still, and avoid talking until the measurement is complete.
